The Elevator is a comic short written and directed by Glen Glienna, who wrote famous comic feature film Meet the Parents (2000) starring Robert de Niro and Ben Stiller. A man taking a ride in a lift finds himself growing more anxious as it ascends, reaching a climax whereby he feels compelled to take action – but the result is more than he bargained for. Simple, well-written and funny – a light hearted and fun watch. Glienna also plays the lead role.
