‘Carousel’ by music artist Matt B is a very creative piece of music video, assembled using footage from Sci-fi classic Logan’s Run. As Matt’s accompanying house track builds up in intensity, the dystopian vision onscreen also builds up to a climax. In the creator’s own words:
“This is the carousel. Each individual living in this dystopian nightmare has an indicator attached to their hand. When the indicator flashes, this means that time is up for the wearers, and they must gather together to be ‘renewed’. This the method used by the elites just keep the population young, useful and under control.” Matt B
